Trawick Prize Finalists Cazabon and Hughes

UMBC Visual Arts associate professor Lynn Cazabon and IMDA MFA Program alumnus Jason Hughes have been named as Finalists for the prestigious Trawick Prize. The annual juried competition awards $14,000 in prize monies to selected artists and features the work of the finalists in a group exhibition.

The Trawick Prize: Bethesda Contemporary Art Awards was established by Carol Trawick in 2003. Ms. Trawick has served as a community activist for more than 25 years in downtown Bethesda. She is past Chair of the Bethesda Arts & Entertainment District, past Chair of the Bethesda Urban Partnership, Inc. and Founder of The Trawick Prize.
