Visual Arts Alumni & IRC Staff at ISEA2008 Singapore
This year the 14th International Symposium on Electronic Art was held in Singapore from July 15 - August 3, 2008. UMBC was well represented by Visual Arts alumni and a former IRC staff member.

Visual Arts Alumni Sala Wong (B.A. '99; M.F.A. 'oe) and Peter Williams (B.A. '99; M.F.A. '03) presented their paper, SITE-seeing: Image Geotagging the Vernacular in the symposium Session: Locating Media 2.

IMDA Graduate Alumni (M.F.A. '02): Mina Cheon participated in a Panel Presentation, Locating Cyberfeminism.

Former IRC Project Manager (FY-01/04), Christina N. Hung, presented a paper/presentation American Vectors: a project combining biomaterials, streaming media and military imagery in the Session: Bio-Mediations.
