
Kelley Yang holds a B.A. in Studio Arts from the University of Richmond, a B.A. in Art Education from Towson University, and an M.A. in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University. She continues to paint and create functional ceramics as part of her artistic practice.
After earning her B.A. in Studio Arts in 2016, Yang served as an AmeriCorps member in Baltimore City, where she worked in community arts initiatives across the city. She then transitioned into teaching middle school visual arts, followed by a role advising and supporting visual arts undergraduates at UMBC.
