Kelley Bell is an artist, designer, and educator who proudly calls Baltimore City her home. Whether in an intimate gallery setting or on a grand scale through projection mapping works, her projects have delighted Charm City citizens at the American Visionary Arts Museum, Artscape, The Transmodern Arts Festival, the Sweaty Eyeballs Animation Festival, and Light City. She has exhibited further afield at the MoCa Lights Festival in Long Island, New York, Digital Graffiti in Alys Beach, Florida, the Dlectricity festival in Detroit, Michigan and as far away as Animafest Zagreb in Croatia, and the INTERSECCIÓN Festival Internacional in A Coruña, Spain. In 2024 Kelley was awarded the Baker Artist Award in Inter- and Multi-Disciplinary Work.
Kelley holds a MFA in Imaging and Digital Arts from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and is an Associate Professor in UMBC’s Department of Visual Arts.
